Uphold Tablet is manufactured by Fourrts India Laboratories Pvt Ltd. Uphold Tablet is a combination of two medicines (Tadalafil & Dapoxetine). It is used in the treatment of premature ejaculation in adult men. It helps men to get an erection by increasing the blood flow to the penis. It should be used only when prescribed by the doctor.

Uphold Tablet Composition

Tadalafil 10mg

Dapoxetine 30mg

Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor that increases blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal and relieves erection problems (impotence).

Dapoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that increases the level of serotonin in nerves to improve control over ejaculation and increase the time it takes to ejaculate.
