Rupanex Tablet is manufactured by Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. Rupanex Tablet is an anti-allergenic (antihistamine). It is used to reduce allergy symptoms such as hives, rhinorrhea, sneezing, and itching.
Relieves allergy symptoms such as stuffy or runny nose, sneezing, and itchy or watery eyes. and may also relieve allergic reactions that occur after insect bites and hives or eczema symptoms such as rash, swelling, itching, and burning. Rupanex Tablet makes you feel less sleepy as compared to other antihistamine medicines.

Rupanex Tablet Uses
Rupanex Tablet is used in the prevention and treatment of these diseases –
- Allergic condition
- Urticaria pigmentosa
- Hay Fever
Rupanex Tablet Dosage
The dosage is prescribed by the doctor based on your age, medical history, and current condition.
Normal dosage- 1 tablet once a day or as directed by the doctor. Swallow it whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Rupanex Tablet can be taken before or after food.
Rupanex Tablet Side effects
If your symptoms do not improve after taking it. Or if your condition worsens, consult your doctor immediately.
Common side effects are as follows-
