Reswas LS Syrup is manufactured by Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. Reswas LS Syrup is a combination of three drugs (Ambroxol + Levosalbutamol + Guaifenesin). It is used to treat a cough with mucus. It thins the mucus in the nose, trachea, and lungs, making it easier to cough out. It also gives relief from runny nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes. And it is used in asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder.
Reswas LS Syrup Composition
- Ambroxol (30mg/5ml)
- Levosalbutamol (1mg/5ml)
- Guaifenesin (50mg/5ml)
Reswas LS Syrup Uses
Reswas LS Syrup is used in the prevention and treatment of these diseases –
- Mucus cough treatment
- Cold and cough
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
- Wheezing
- During an asthma attack
- Chronic bronchitis,
Reswas LS Syrup Dosage
Dosage: 2.5 ml 3 to 4 times a day in children
For adults- take 5 ml 3 to 4 times a day or as per your doctor’s advice. Reswas LS Syrup can be taken before or after food.
Reswas LS Syrup Side effects
If your symptoms do not improve after taking it. Or if your condition worsens, consult your doctor immediately.
Common side effects are as follows-
