This is especially important during periods of rapid cell division and growth. Both children and adults need folic acid to produce healthy red blood cells and to prevent anemia.
Iron carries oxygen throughout the body and maintains red blood cells, making a person feel energetic and preventing anemia.

Treatment of anemia
For the treatment and prevention of iron and folic acid deficiency i.e. anemia, characterized by weakness, fatigue, difficulty in breathing, headache, irritability and difficulty in concentration.
To remove iron deficiency in the body
Iron deficiency anemia and nutritional anemia especially during pregnancy and lactation, post-surgery.
Ferix XT Tablet Dosage
Take this medicine in the dosage and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow it whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ferix XT Tablet can be taken before or after a meal.
Ferix XT Tablet Side effects
If your symptoms do not improve after taking it. Or if your condition worsens, consult your doctor immediately.
Common side effects are as follows-
- Vomiting or nausea
- Stomach cramps
- Diarrhea, upset stomach
- Shortness of breath
- Itching or burning
- Reddening of the skin
