Elestra tablet is manufactured by Macleods Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd. Elestra Tablet is a combination of two drugs (Ethinyl Estradiol + Cyproterone). Elestra Tablet is commonly used to diagnose or treat female sex hormone deficiency, bone loss, menstrual disorders.


Ethinyl Estradiol 35mg + Cyproterone 2mg

Ethinyl estradiol is a steroid hormone. Which is a primary female sex hormone. It works to maintain estrogen levels in the body, as part of hormone replacement therapy, thereby relieving symptoms of post-menopause.

Cyproterone is known as an anti-androgen and progestogen. Cyproterone blocks the effects of androgens such as testosterone in the body. It lowers the effect of the male sex hormone testosterone in the body.
