Cypon Syrup is manufactured by Geno Pharmaceuticals Ltd. It is mainly used to treat anorexia, and loss of appetite. And it is used to treat allergy symptoms such as watery eyes, runny nose, itchy eyes, nose, sneezing, hives, and itching. The syrup is available in bottle packaging of 100 and 200 ml.

Cypon Syrup Composition

  • Cyproheptadine 2 mg/5ml
  • Tricholine Citrate 275 mg/5ml
  • Sorbitol 2 gm/5ml

Cypon Syrup Uses

Cypon Syrup is used in the treatment of –

  • It is used as an appetite enhancer.
  • Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis
  • Perennial Allergic Rhinitis
  • Other allergic conditions
  • Anorexia
  • Allergy due to insect bites

Cypon Syrup Dosage

This medicine can be taken with or after food as per your doctor’s advice.

Usually 1 to 2 (10 to 15 ml) tablespoons, 2 times per day. Shake well before use.

The dosage will be prescribed by your doctor based on your age, medical condition, and treatment. In children, the dosage is given on the basis of weight.
