Cofryl Cough Syrup is manufactured by Cipla Ltd. Cofryl Cough Syrup is primarily used to treat cough and dry cough. It also has antihistamine properties. Which relieves allergy symptoms such as stuffy nose, runny nose, watery eyes, tightness of the chest, and sneezing.
Cofryl Cough Syrup Composition
- Diphenhydramine (14.08mg/5ml)
- Ammonium Chloride (138mg/5ml)
- Sodium Citrate (57.03mg/5ml)
Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine medicine that relieves allergy symptoms such as runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.
Ammonium Chloride is an expectorant that decreases the stickiness of mucus and removes it from the airways.
Sodium Citrate is a mucolytic that thins and loosens the mucus and brings it out with a cough.

Cofryl Cough Syrup is used in the prevention and treatment of these diseases –

Cofryl Cough Syrup Dosage
The dosage is prescribed by the doctor based on your age, medical history, and current condition.
