Citralka Syrup: Uses and Side Effects, Dosage

Information about Citralka Syrup

Citralka Syrup is manufactured by Pfizer Ltd. Citralka Syrup makes urine alkaline. It raises the pH level of urine which makes urine less acidic. It is used in the treatment of gout and kidney stones. It inhibits the production of uric acid in the body. Thereby, gout and some types of kidney stones can be prevented.

Gout is caused by excess uric acid in your body. When uric acid levels become high, crystals can form in and around the joints and kidneys. This causes sudden and severe pain, redness, warmth, and swelling. This syrup works by reducing the level of uric acid in your blood and preventing the formation of crystals.
