Bilachek Tablet is manufactured by Mankind Pharma Ltd. Bilachek Tablet is a H1 Antihistaminics (Second Generation) drug. It is used to treat allergy symptoms such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes, itching, swelling, urticaria and rashes in the body.

Bilachek Tablet Uses
Bilachek Tablet is used in the prevention and treatment of these diseases –
- Treatment of allergic reaction
- Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis
- Chronic urticaria
Bilachek Tablet Dosage
The dosage is prescribed by the doctor based on your age, medical history and current condition.
Dosage in case of allergies – 20mg tablet for adults to be taken once a day or as directed by the doctor. Swallow it whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Bilachek Tablet can be taken before or after food.
Do not use in children under 12 years of age and during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Its antihistamine effect lasts for 24 hours.
Bilachek Tablet Side effects
If your symptoms do not improve after taking it. Or if your condition worsens, consult your doctor immediately.
Common side effects are as follows-
- Headache
- Lethargy
- Dizzy
- Dry mouth
- Sore throat
- Nausea
