It is used to relieve cough, sore throat, sneezing, watery eyes, stuffy, runny or stuffy nose due to allergies or colds. It is effective for treating dry cough.
Alex Syrup Sugar Free Composition
Each 5ml contains-
- Phenylephrine 5mg
- Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2mg
- Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10mg
Alex Syrup Sugar Free Uses
Alex Syrup Sugar Free is used in the prevention and treatment of these diseases –
- Dry cough treatment
- Alleviates cough associated with allergies.
- Post-operative cough
- Smoker’s cough
- Night time cough
Alex Syrup Sugar Free Dosage
The dosage is prescribed by the doctor based on your age, medical history and current condition.
Dosage for adults – 5 ml (one teaspoon) 3-4 times a day
Children (over 6 years of age)- 2.5 ml (half teaspoon) 3-4 times a day
Children (2-6 years of age)- 1.25 ml (1-quarter teaspoon) 3-4 times a day

Alex Syrup Sugar Free Side Effects
